10th class is considered the first step in deciding your career path. And, this is the time when you are thinking about science vs commerce, which is better and what to choose. Based on your interest in a particular subject, you choose what stream to choose between. Also, based on your marks and performance, you are given the stream by your school. That's why students shouldn't ignore the importance of the 10th class and take it seriously. If you want to take a particular stream, then you have to score well and perform better in that particular subject. 

2. Signifies Academic Achievements

We all know the importance of class 10th and its marks. Your class 10th report card is attached to every important document in your student life and thereafter. Starting from choosing the stream to getting admission in colleges than in other competitive exams or the job resume. If you have scored good marks in your class 10th, then you can decide the stream, get an admission in a good college and also get preference over others in your job resume. If you're preparing for any entrance exam, then you need to score a minimum of marks to even apply for the exam.

We have seen so many times that students are under so much pressure that their health suffers. I am here talking to every student and parent. Yes, I completely understand the importance of class 10th but take care of your health as well. If you don't get good marks, it's ok. If you don't get the preferred stream, it's ok. If your friends or cousins scored more than you, it's ok. But what is not ok, are you feeling bad for yourself or your child. Academics are very important, but not the only way out there to live a successful life.

Try your best to score well, get out of your comfort zone and do whatever you can. But if you don’t get the desired marks, then just move on, your life has just started.
